返金ポリシー
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. Return Window
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
*Due to hygiene reasons regarding fight gear, any items that show signs of wear, sweat, or use will be strictly refused.
3. Return Process
To start a return, you must contact us at support@hagakurefightgear.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*Exception: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Non-returnable Items
Sale items, discounted items, and customized products cannot be returned or refunded.

1. 返品期間について
商品到着後14日以内であれば、返品をリクエストすることが可能です。
2. 返品の条件
返品の対象となるのは、商品が「未着用・未洗濯・未使用」であり、すべてのオリジナルタグがついた状態で、元のパッケージに収められている場合のみです。
※ファイトギアという商品の衛生上の理由から、着用感、汗、使用の痕跡が見られる商品の返品は固くお断りいたします。
3. 返品の手順
返品をご希望の場合は、必ず事前に support@hagakurefightgear.com まで、注文番号と返品理由をご連絡ください。
返品が承認された場合、返送方法および返送先住所をご案内いたします。事前の連絡なしに返送された商品はお受け取りできません。
4. 送料について
お客様都合（サイズ変更、イメージ違い等）による返品の送料は、すべてお客様のご負担となります。また、ご購入時の送料は返金対象外となります。
※例外：不良品、または当店のミスによる誤配送の場合は、当店が返送料を負担いたします。
5. 返金について
返送された商品を受領し、検品した後に、返金の承認状況をお知らせします。承認された場合、元の支払い方法に対して自動的に返金が行われます。ご利用のクレジットカード会社や銀行によって、返金処理に日数がかかる場合がありますのでご了承ください。
6. 返品不可の商品
セール品、割引商品、およびカスタマイズされた商品は、返品・返金の対象外となります。
