SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)
We offer domestic shipping across Japan. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
HAGAKURE FIGHT GEAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned due to unpaid customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded.

すべてのご注文は、注文確認メールを受信してから2〜4営業日以内（土日祝日を除く）に処理・発送されます。商品が発送され次第、追跡番号とともに再度メールで通知いたします。

日本全国への配送を承っております。配送料と配送予定日数は、チェックアウト画面で計算・表示されます。
3. 国際配送（海外へのお届け）
世界中への配送に対応しております。海外への配送料は、お届け先の国・地域に応じてチェックアウト画面で計算・表示されます。
4. 関税・輸入税について（重要）
海外発送の場合、お届け先の国や地域の税関において、関税や輸入税（VAT等）が発生する場合があります。これらはお客様（受取人様）のご負担となりますので予めご了承ください。関税未払いによって商品が返送された場合、送料の返金はいたしかねます。
